Basics of a winter garden We're offering a winter growing class on Monday, January 17th at 11. We'll cover the basics of winter growing and allow ample time for questions. We'll then have a lunch prepared by my daughter that will be made with farm produce and meat. After lunch, for those interested in getting their hands in the dirt, we'll do some weeding in one of the tunnels. Come dressed in layers as the tunnels are generally much warmer than outside temps.
